Quadrant 1

Church Planter Discernment & Coaching

New church coaches practice a ministry of compassion, love and encouragement through their ability to inspire, encourage, and strengthen church planters to be accountable to God, their families and the Church.

Communication is established monthly by phone or email and lasts for up to one year.

Planter Training at Leadership Academy

Leadership Academy is an interactive learning experience that brings together Disciples from across the United States and Canada to share leadership experience, wisdom, and trainings. It’s filled with group time where cohorts process their own ministry contexts together, including track sessions designed to empower leaders whose churches/projects have yet to be launched and those that have recently launched.

Quadrant 2

Coaching for Pastors

Transformational coaching integrates traditional coaching concepts with spiritual practices, advanced technologies, and creative expression. The combination of these techniques helps facilitate transformation at the deepest levels, while providing leaders with the support they need to live fully balanced and purposeful lives.

Quadrants 3 and 4

New Beginnings

The New Beginnings Assessment Service is for congregations who need to make a decision about the future. It was specifically created for congregations in decline who face mounting challenges with regard to their sustainability.

A congregation’s region is a key component to the New Beginnings process. The regional representative—usually the regional minister or someone appointed on behalf of the regional minister, often a retired pastor or “regional elder” — serves as a coach and offers support and encouragement to the congregation during the New Beginnings process.
