- Ministry planning process guided by Hope Partnership, including staff coaching (by phone and email) during the planning process.
- On-site Congregational Assessment visit and report − This one day visit by a trained assessor will help your church identify available resources for mission (including financial, facility and human resources). The report serves as a helpful benchmark as your congregation begins the planning process.
- Mission Insite context analysis report and web consultation – Hope Partnership provides current and detailed snapshot of your community, including charts and maps showing your unique community features. Through a web consultation, we help your leaders unpack the key themes in the data and name opportunities for future ministry. View a sample report here.
- On-site visioning retreat facilitation – Hope Partnership will facilitate a retreat for your congregation to help you assemble a Future Story for your congregation. This event is different for every congregation, but features a mix of group conversation and discernment tools that help people feel inspired and excited about God’s future for the church.
- 45 days of coaching to design the MissionPath – Hope Partnership coaches help your church name goals and benchmarks to help you congregation live into its new mission. Coaching is available by both web and phone consultation. Information about additional coaching is available here.
